Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center is a Joint Commission Accredited facility. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations is an independent, not for profit, national body that oversees the safety and quality of health care and services provided in accredited organizations. Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in conjunction with the Joint Commission and the Mississippi State Board of Health encourages patients, families, caregivers, and others who have concerns regarding quality of care issues that have not been resolved by Hospital Administration to share their concerns with the Joint Commission at (800) 994-6610 and/or the Mississippi State Board of Health at (601) 576-7300 which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
